Why hire me? 

A one-time consultation will last for 1 hour at your home with you, then about 2 hours preparing a to-do list for the seller.  For the one consultation price,  I provide 40-80 photos (shared by email on a private site by private invitation) and a 3 to 10-page checklist for either you to complete before putting the for-sale sign in the yard, or for me to complete, or both.

After that one-time exchange, our business is complete, unless you, the owner, hire me to complete some or all of the work.  I will give you a close estimate of the schedule, the price, and the completion date.  Done!

I have been staging homes for years.  Like most stagers, friends and family told me I had the knack for furnishing homes that are comfortable-looking from the first step over the threshold, and my reputation precedes me for finding great items for next to nothing!

I also spread the word about this profession by giving workshops to realtors, buyers, sellers.  I am the biggest cheerleader for home staging, as I continually see its great results for the money and time spent.  When a potential buyer can say “Wow!” as they walk in the door, and are able to imagine themselves living there, instead of looking at all of the owner’s possessions and not concentrating on the home itself – I consider that a classic result of home staging.
